The Benefits of the acuraFine
AFA-ST |
► NYLON MEMBRANE
- Absolute retention rates - high flow rates - extrem long
service life |
► PERMANENT
HYDROPHILIC NYLON MEMBRANE - no aditives or post
operation neccessary |
► THERMICAL
WELDING DESIGN - connections of the end caps as well as
adaptors freely from glues or binding agent |
► MADE IN THE PURE SPACE -
pre-rinsed with 18 MW DI-water and integrity tested |
► LONGER SERICE
LIFE - internal stainless steel ring |
► FDA PROOFED
MATERIAL - certificated acc. USP XXIII and FDA CFR
part 21. |
► HUGE
PROGRAM - 5 retention rates from 0,1 up to 1 µm, as well as different construction lengths to 40" and all customary
end caps or adaptor configurations guarantee an optimum solution for many filtration uses. |
Filter design acuraFine
AFA-ST |
The pleated acuraFine AFA-ST membrane filter
cartridges are produced of a nylon
membrane in a Polypropylene supporting cage. A low difference pressure is also
guaranteed with high assembly-line rates by the modified nylon membrane by which,
in addition, an extremely long state time of these membrane filter
cartridged is reached.
The acuraFine AFA-ST membrane filter cartridges are hydrophilic and can be used therefore
in many areas of the fine chemistry as well as food and drinks industry and cover a wide
area of the final filtration uses. |
