The Benefits of acuraWound |
► High flow
rates |
► Extrem high
retention rate of solids |
► Very high
mechanical strength and differential pressure stability |
► High dirt
holding capacity |
Filter design acuraWound |
The wound filter
cartidges acuraWound are so formed that hundreds of conical narrowing, spiral running flow openings are
formed. By the becoming rejuvenated flow canals the filtration delicacy increases in the direction of core constantly. The solid
particle which are in the liquid stream of the liquid to be filtered are caught by this extremely effective filter medium - not only in the
surface, but in the whole area of the medium - with the result of real depth filtration. With this filtration technology one succeeds
in removing large amounts of soiling without having the danger of a sudden increase of the difference pressure on the basis of
surface blockage.
The wound filter cartridges are suited according to filter material very well to the filtration of acids and lyes as well as photo
chemicals. |
Filter media acuraWound |
Cotton
A rough, bleached natural fibre, without any addition which corresponds to the F.D.A. regulations. |
Polypropylene
A synthetic fiber with comprehensive chemical compatibility. The lubricants necessary to the production leave no taste tracks
or odour tracks in the filtrate and look only slightly effervescent at the beginning of the filtration. |
Fibrillated Polypropylene
A synthetic fiber with the qualities of the polypropylen, however, without use of lubricants with that
cartridge production. This
fiber corresponds to the F.D.A. - Regulations and is completely non-effervescent. |
