The Benefits of the Betafine®XL |
► An advanced alternate pleated technology permits a high dirty admission by a bigger open filter surface between the folds. |
► Reduction of the filtration costs by longer filter state times and shorter shutdown times of the production. |
► Reproduceable
retention performance with absolute filter delicacies of 0.2 µm to 70 µm. |
► The entire Polypropylene
construction offers a wide compatibility with critical uses with chemicals. |
► Applicable in food uses and pharmaceutical uses by FDA listed materials. |
Filter design Betafine®XL |
The company state time of folded filter
cartridges is dependent basically on the accessible
filter surface. Though conventionally folded filter catridges offer a big surface and,
nevertheless, by the high pleated density only a low part of the surface is available for the
dirty admission. The "blind" useless filter surface is therefore in the lower part of the filter
cartridge (see picture) where the folds lie very close each other. The Betafine XL filter
cartridge are so produced by a patented pleating process with varying pleated depth that in
the pleated low a bigger distance is between the folds. This advancedly changing pleated
technology with enlarged free filter surface allows an extremely bigger dirty admission
between the single folds in the lower area, while the reduced pleated depth in the upper
area the known advantages of the enlarged filter surface. The result is a complete
exploitation of the available membrane surface and allows therefore a superior company
state time. |
