Activated carbon / adsorption filter cartridges .       . Brief description: The filter housings of the series "Big Blue" FFU-B exist of Polypropylene (PP) and correspond to the FDA regulations. They take up a single filter cartridge with a diameter of 114 mm and a length of 248 mm or 508 mm. The material is extremely continual compared with acids free of oxidation like hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid up to 70% of concentration, salt solutions, to liquid hydrocarbons, alcohols and to concentrated lyes. These housings are used to the filtration by water and watered acids at temperatures below 40°C.
