Filter design ULTRAFIT® |
The ULTRAFIT® high-capacity filter bags are produced after a patented
production procedure and thereby reach a new standard in the filtration
technology.
By three unique bag series (100 - 500 - 800) the user has the possibility to
cover nearly all use applications. |

The completely welded together ULTRAFIT® filter bag from several situations of a Polypropylen of glaze fiber fleece are free of
leakages, without any seams with needle sting holes. Also the crossing to the patented Zero-BypassTM locking collars is thanks
to the ultrasonic welding freely from bypasses and seals the filter bag in the case reliably.
The extremely high efficiency reach the
ULTRAFIT® filter bag by an also patented
laminate process. On this occasion, the different gradations
multi layered Polypropylene
micro fibres fleece are welded together and thereby reach a retention
rate from up to 99. 98% (beta 5000). |

ULTRAFIT®
100 |
This filter bag is suited for the filtration with a middle solid load and for the sewage filtration in the
batch use. The structural construction passes of 3 filter situations and 2 supporting situations as well as
a (IP) fabric strengthening for a higher difference pressure load. These filter bags with
retention rates of
1 - 200 µm are available with an efficiency of 97%. |
ULTRAFIT®
500 |
The series 500 is conceived especially for the demanding filtration with "High-Purity" demands.
An
additional smoothing of the flow mesh prevents the drift of fibers in the filtrate.
The bag structure passes
of 6 filter situations, 2 supporting situations as well as a (IP) fabric strengthening for a higher difference
pressure load. The available retention rates with an efficiency of 99% lie between 0.5 and 50 µm. |
ULTRAFIT®
800 |
For the critical filtration where validated and reproduceable results are necessary in sub micronical
retention area the series 800 was developed. Their structural construction exists of 7 filter situations,
3 supporting situations as well as an flow mesh free of fiber. Absolute
retention rates of 0.2 - 0.4 - 0.6
and 0.8 µm are available with an efficiency of 99.98% (beta 5000). |
IP-Serie |
The integrated external fabric strengthening (Polypropylene
monofil) serves for the rise of the difference
pressure permanence infers with a raised solid load capacity.
With the ULTRAFIT ® series 100, 500
and 800 this fabric strengthening is production. |
